Privacy notice
This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking, and we look after anything you send us.
Who we are
We run this independent guide to Crookes Valley Park and are responsible for any personal data the site handles. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
There's nothing to sign up for. If you email us, your message reaches us through Cloudflare's email forwarding, and we keep it as long as it takes to deal with it, then delete it.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To send you these pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare handles your device's internet address and basic details of each visit, such as the page you asked for, the time and your browser type. It does this for us, as our processor under its data processing terms, and only to keep the site secure and working, which is our legitimate interest under UK data protection law. We don't keep these records ourselves. Cloudflare keeps them only as long as it needs them for those purposes, and may handle them outside the UK under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Cloudflare's privacy policy has the details.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
